At any given time, our team of designers and patternmakers are working on an assortment of buyer order, creating production samples or merchandising a new collection, with each item we produce going through a multi-stage process before reaching our customers.
Once designs are set and an assortment has been chosen, our distribution specialists help our buyer’s decide how many units of each new style to order and which destination those units should be delivered. Our manufacturing factories can fulfill and meet every detail of production, from sourcing materials, quantity and price to packaging and delivery.
Our factory makes product samples and using mannequins and models, we confirm the fit. Once samples have been approved, our factory begins production and our team develops an appropriate production plan to cater to the various product assortments our buyer’s order and we put the finishing touches on the merchandise by testing it to ensure it meets standards and we conduct final quality assurance.
All merchandise, factory samples, production pieces are packed, inspected and readied for shipment to our network of distribution centers. Every single box gets checked in, cartons are counted, quantities are confirmed and random audits are performed. As merchandise is added to inventory, it's designated for on time delivery to our buyer’s country according to size, color and quantity.
